Our redevelopment of the former Porthcawl Hotel comprises of a comprehensive refurbishment with partial demolition programme, which includes the provision of 22 new homes and 2 commercial units. The contractor for this site is Easyliving Ltd. This is a complex project which involves repurposing of a prominent building which sits in a conservation area.
The development is part funded by Welsh Government’s Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme (TACP) and is due for completion in Summer 2026.
