Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure your rent is paid when its due. If you are experiencing any problems paying your rent, then please get in touch with us on 01792 479200 as soon possible.
If you’re having difficulties paying your rent, you can find more information here on ways we can assist you. Your housing officer will still be your first contact if you are struggling to pay your rent.
You can make payments using any of the below methods

| AllPay | Call 0330 041 6497 and have your debit card and AllPay reference to hand or click here to pay online. |
| Via bank payment or standing order | Please call us on 01792 479200 and speak to our Rent Management Team who can provide our bank details. Please use your rent account number, for example RENT12345. |
| Post office | You can pay at the Post Office if you have an AllPay payment card. If you’d like to request one call 01792 479200 and speak to our Rent Management Team. |
| PayPoint | You can pay at a PayPoint if you have an AllPay payment card. If you’d like to request one call 01792 479200 and speak to our Rent Management Team. |
| In-person | You can call into our Swansea office to make a payment. Booking isn’t essential but advised to reduce your wait time when visiting. Our Tonypandy office does not currently offer in-person appointments at the moment. |
If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit you can have this paid directly to us. Universal Credit is paid directly to you, so if you receive this, it is your responsibility to pay your rent. If you have difficulty making payments please contact us.
