Our Developments

We build new homes every year and ensure they are energy efficient and meet Welsh Governments Beautiful Homes and Places Standards.

We are focused on making sure the new homes we build and the new communities we create are designed alongside the six principles of good placemaking, as set out by Design Commission for Wales in their Placemaking Charter.
