Vacancy - Senior HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team and help shape a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Supporting around 380 colleagues across Wales, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From leading complex employee relations cases and supporting recruitment, to driving wellbeing initiatives and contributing to organisational change, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience.

Working closely with managers and employees, you’ll ensure HR practices are compliant, consistent and aligned with our values, while helping colleagues thrive so we can continue delivering outstanding services to our tenants and communities.
