Description
We’re looking for 2 x Communications Officers to join Beacon at an exciting time in our journey.
As we work towards becoming a 10,000-home organisation, you’ll help tell the stories that matter, create engaging content and support communications that make a real difference for colleagues, residents and communities across South Wales.
Welsh Language Skills
We’re particularly keen to hear from Welsh speakers. Welsh-language skills are not essential, but they would be a valuable asset as we continue to develop bilingual communications across Beacon.
Portfolio Areas
We are recruiting to 2 x Communications Officer posts, which will be aligned to one of the following portfolio areas:
The Operations Role – Where you will help residents connect with our services, from housing and repairs to safety and customer support.
· The Corporate Role – Where you will bring colleague engagement, organisational change, culture, building development activity and social value initiatives to life.
While each role has a lead portfolio, both officers will work collaboratively across the team and contribute to wider organisational communications activity.
