Vacancy - Cleaning Supervisor

Join #TeamBeacon as a Cleaning Supervisor and help us maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments for our customers and colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside the cleaning team while providing day-to-day supervision, supporting staff, coordinating rotas and ensuring high standards are consistently achieved across our sites. You’ll play an important part in delivering an efficient service, carrying out quality checks, managing cleaning supplies and promoting safe working practices. 

We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience in a cleaning environment and the ability to lead and support a team. You’ll have a good understanding of cleaning methods, health and safety requirements and excellent communication skills.
