Vacancy - Senior Maintenance Scheduler (12 month FTC – maternity cover)

We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Senior Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at Beacon on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a busy team, ensuring efficient scheduling of repairs, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and colleagues. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support and train new staff,  and handle complaints in line with policy. You’ll also work closely with other managers to ensure our services run smoothly and effectively.
