Join Us as a Reactive Surveyor!
Are you passionate about keeping homes safe, well-maintained, and ready for new residents? As a Reactive Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional repairs and void property service across our portfolio.

In this role, you’ll:

• Inspect and assess empty properties and repair works.
• Respond to property concerns from residents and colleagues.
• Ensure all homes meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, Housing Health and Safety Rating System, and Fitness for Human Habitation Regulations under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.

You’ll work across flexible geographical patches, making decisions that directly impact resident satisfaction and Beacon’s reputation. Clear communication is key—you’ll explain decisions, resolve concerns early, and help us deliver a cost-effective, high-quality service within budget.
