Passionate about people, communities and making sure voices are heard? Join Beacon Cymru as a Resident Engagement Officer and help put residents at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll work closely with residents, colleagues and partners to design and deliver engaging events, consultations and activities that shape services, influence decisions and drive real change. From workshops and surveys to digital storytelling, this is a hands-on role where your work will genuinely make a difference.

We’re looking for someone with experience of community or resident engagement, strong communication skills, and the confidence to build trusted relationships across diverse communities.
