Who's my community Housing Officer?
Each resident has two Community Housing Officers (CHO)
A contracts CHO who can help with:
- Tenancy / Occupation contract management
- Low level Anti-social behaviour
- Queries and decision on topics such as succession, end of tenancy, change of name etc
- Viewings
- Property management
A rents CHO who can help with:
- Help with managing your rent
- Advice and support on benefits
- Signing your new contract or lease
- Discussing notices or legal action about rent or charges.
